I’m coming to you live from our community garden here at Trinergy Health. This vegetable and herb garden is our “labor of love” and is rooted in our philosophy that food is medicine.
At Trinergy, it’s our goal to teach our patients and the larger community that we can reclaim our health based on what we eat, how we eat, when we eat and how we live our lives on a daily basis.
