I am a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in family practice. After 12 years of nursing in a variety of healthcare settings, including pediatrics, psychiatry, critical care, and public health, I graduated with my advanced degree through Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, Kentucky.

To expand on my professional experience, I pursue complementary and alternative modalities to understand root causes of illness that are often given little attention in mainstream healthcare. The art and science of mind-body-spirit medicine fascinates me, and I use it to inform my style of practice. I have had the amazing opportunity to train with Dr. Aruna Tummala and learn her unique holistic approaches for mental and physical wellbeing.

I am excited to offer holistic treatments as a member of Trinergy Health to patients via in-person and tele-health sessions. Outside of work, my attention is centered around my family. I enjoy spending time with loved ones and helping to guide my children through all their exciting life experiences.
