How On Earth is a Psychiatrist Helping with Infertility???

How on earth is a psychiatrist helping patients with infertility??? This is exactly what happens when you do not stay in your lane ?.

This young lady consulted with me for her mental health concerns. But she was also struggling with infertility. In our first meeting, I remember telling her that following my protocols for her mental health will also ensure a healthy body that will welcome a pregnancy soon. And, this is what happened! I am so excited for her and her husband ?.

So, what did we do?

It was one approach to treat all her health (mental and physical health) concerns – remove inflammation, replenish nutrients and detoxification. We start by fixing the gut (because that is what Ayurveda and Functional Medicine recommends). And, the rest is the mind-body system doing what it does best – healing itself, finding it’s balance and homeostasis.

I hope you had a wonderful holiday break with family and friends. Thank you for investing in my health and care the last few months. We made these bird houses from gourds from our 2018 garden. I chose these colors for you because you’ve given us hope for a little boy or girl hopefully coming soon. 

We had our first positive pregnancy test ever on Christmas Eve. Whether or not this one is meant to be , you’ve restored our hope in growing our family – a goal we’ve been working on for over 2 years.
