Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is an FDA-approved treatment for many conditions or diseases where unchecked inflammation is the underlying cause. Whenever inflammation is the root cause, HBOT can help.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a non-invasive, gentle and effective treatment that involves breathing concentrated oxygen in a pressurized chamber to reduce inflammation and promote healing. Pure oxygen is one of nature’s remarkable healers, and delivering it to the entire body at greater-than-normal atmospheric pressure is known to accelerate the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
HBOT is an FDA-approved treatment for many conditions or diseases where unchecked inflammation is the underlying cause. It is typically used for wound healing on the surface of the body, but innovative clinicians have successfully used HBOT for treating inflammation and wounds/ulcers that occur on the inside of the body (for example, gastric ulcers, Crohn’s disease ulcers, inflammation in the brain from traumatic brain injury, etc.).
In short, whenever inflammation is the root cause, we can use HBOT. From this lens, the use of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is widespread because inflammation is the key driver of so many illnesses in our modern world.

HBOT helps by reducing inflammation, stimulating stem cell release and enhancing detoxification. O2 is a natural anxiolytic and it also enhances mitochondrial size, shape, density and efficiency – thus, it can be used for treating fatigue, brain fog, etc.
Although it is well known for its surface wound healing capabilities, HBOT can also be used to successfully treat inflammation, Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) and concussions, Autism Spectrum Disorder, stroke, Autoimmune diseases, PTSD, anxiety and depression, Lyme Disease and more. In short, where ever inflammation is the root cause, we can use HBOT as an effective treatment.
