You will receive 2 appointments designed to give you clarity, support, and a personalized path forward:

First appointment (20 minutes) — with a member of our team. We’ll onboard you, walk you through our process, send you in-depth intake forms, and make sure you feel fully prepared for your time with Dr. Aruna.

Second appointment (45 minutes) — with Dr. Aruna.
She will review your forms ahead of time so your session is focused, intentional, and tailored to you. During this call, she will identify key root causes and guide you toward the relief you’ve been looking for.

You’ll leave this appointment with a clear, personalized blueprint to begin reclaiming your health, energy, and overall well-being.

90 days to a transformed YOU

Includes:

2 Private 1:1 sessions with our doctors every month for evaluation and ongoing monitoring of progress and hands-on support.
A complete treatment plan is provided, and charting the treatment course over the next 3 months will be provided.
Over the 3 months, both doctors will monitor your progress and response to interventions.

Access to accountability resources (handouts).
Progress check-ins periodically.
Access to "rooted in self" community and its resources (course, meditation audios, community, etc).
Access to 6 small group sessions with Dr. Aruna.
