A Message From Dr. Aruna Tummala:
As you may know, Trinergy’s foundational philosophy has always been “Food as Medicine”. It is no surprise then that all our clients seeking healing and wellness are recommended an elimination diet and are then taught their Dosha specific diet. As we work with our clients, we educate them about their own Dosha (innate constitutional energy, unique bio-energetic signature of each person) as well as how foods, seasons, lifestyle can affect the Dosha.
We realized that a group class format can be helpful in teaching some of these concepts and will help to keep costs affordable. Hence, we are pleased to partner with Deanna Norelli, RD, CD, RYT. Deanna, given her diverse training in Dietary science, Ayurveda, Yoga and functional nutrition, is perfect for this role! Having made such a life-affirming transition herself (as all Trinergy staff have), Deanna will be a wonderful guide to help each of you make such transitions yourself in a seamless manner and will help facilitate our recommendations into an actionable plan.
Deanna will host these group nutrition classes but is also open to working with individuals and can meet with you individually, wherever your needs are (pantry purging, reading labels, holistic grocery shopping, etc).
